Responsibilities
- Perform SQL-based validation of BDM tables, views, reports, and dashboards
- Validate data mappings, transformations, and reconciliation across EDW to ADM to BDM layers
- Ensure data completeness, consistency, and integrity
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and validation scenarios based on business requirements
- Execute functional, regression, and data validation testing
- Document test results and maintain test evidence
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools
- Coordinate with developers and stakeholders for issue resolution and re-testing
- Support root cause analysis of data-related issues
- Support QA SLA monitoring and reporting activities
- Maintain QA documentation, traceability, and audit-ready records
