Quality Assurance (Terrassa)

Descripción del puesto: Carry out specifically defined activities in terms of quality guarantees and/or quality assurance systems with the aim of contributing to the optimisation of quality within the organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Releases and conformity of batches of raw materials.
• Review and drafting of documentation (internal protocols, change controls, CAPAs, regulatory documentation).
• Investigation and management of claims and returns.
• Customer service in quality complaints.
• Management of supplier approval.

Requisitos

• University degree in Pharmacy/Chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Quality department.
• Efficient and structured way of working.
• Excellent skills to manage stakeholders and engage with people.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
