Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Assurance Technician will work in collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, and all stakeholders to respond to, investigate, and report on product performance issues as identified by our client base.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Work closely with the Product Integrity and Quality Assurance team members within Burmac Road and Winkler plants to respond to product performance issues as identified by our client base (including the investigation into and resolution thereof, in a positive manner to the benefit of our clients and our organization).
• Work closely with the Product Integrity Team to effectively inspect and diagnose product issues in a timely manner.
• Direct and develop internal resources to effectively respond to client product performance issues.
