Ensure customer satisfaction through the correct management of complaints, fulfillment of customer requirements and development of new needs. Participating in multidisciplinary working groups for the standardization of global Food Safety and Quality processes in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Schreiber internal and supplier audits.
- Monitor and follow up audit findings, including deviations and agreed corrective action plans.
- Complaint management: Communication of incidents received to the plants, follow-up. Communicate with consumer to understand details. Follow up on sample recovery.
