Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking an experienced
Freelance QA/QC Engineer (Civil & Groundworks)
to support a specialist subcontractor on a major
data centre construction project in Helsinki
. The role will focus on quality control and assurance across
earthworks, foundations, concrete, drainage, external works, and associated civil packages
, ensuring all works are delivered in compliance with project specifications, ITPs, and relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the
  subcontractor QA/QC processes
  in line with the main contractor's Project Quality Plan
• Review, prepare, and manage
  ITPs, method statements, and inspection records
  for civil and groundwork activities
• Carry out
  site inspections
  , witness tests, and verify works prior to consultant/client inspections
