Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to handle daily, objective QA activities across Sales, Virtual Assistant (VA) operations, Client Management, and Human Resources. Reporting directly to the Director QA, you will ensure process compliance, identify operational risks and maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Reporting & Client Assessments
· Prepare and consolidate daily Performance and Sales reports within defined timelines.
· Conduct daily quality assessments for at least 5 clients per branch across both locations.
· Monitor client-VA email communications to flag quality, compliance, or professional risks.
· Maintain up-to-date client status records and flag any delayed reporting.
2. Evidence Management & Escalation
· Maintain a daily QA log documenting all findings and risk ratings.
· Ensure all findings are backed by digital or physical evidence (screenshots, reports, emails).
