We're hiring a senior QA Manager or Lead to own quality engineering across our video, embedded, and cloud platforms.
This is a hands-on leadership role – you'll manage a team of 6 (growing to 8), set QA strategy, and drive the team's transition toward a fully automated SDET model. Two dedicated SDETs are already writing automation code full-time; the goal is to get the whole team there.
What you'll own
- Lead and grow a QA team of 6 to 8, including 2 SDETs focused on automation
- Own QA strategy across video pipelines, embedded systems, and cloud/web applications
- Drive the team-wide transition to automated testing and an SDET culture
- Define and report QA metrics: coverage, automation rates, defect trends
- Partner with Engineering and Product to integrate quality early in the dev lifecycle
