**Job Description** Main Objective**:
Ensure timely response to customer complaints and effective management of off-site failures, guaranteeing implementation of corrective actions, technical documentation, and compliance with specific requirements for current projects and new launches

- Ensure timely customer response and coordinate containment actions for defective off-site material, while guaranteeing technical and systemic failure analysis, and managing failure notifications in the system.
- Ensure implementation of lessons learned and corrective actions derived from customer complaints.
