This role challenges you to apply your quality management skills in a dynamic setting. You'll engage with Quality, Engineering, Platform teams, and others to conduct inspections and audits, ensuring that engineering processes are rigorously followed. Your focus will also include managing engineering quality issues and leading Return of Experience (REX) initiatives to continually improve our practices while driving down non-quality costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure knowledge and application of engineering standards
• Support and conduct audits for process adherence
• Critique engineering strategies and management plans
• Oversee implementation of Critical Item Assessment (CIA) and CTT efforts
• Tackle engineering quality issues, such as design reviews
Requirements:
