Job Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiative to complaints investigation unit and quality operations.
- Study and understand the current workflow in complaints investigation unit and quality operations.
- Support complaints samples inventory management and disposal project.
- Perform data collation (e.g., process flow, duration of process/steps, etc.).
- Organize and perform data analysis by creating simple programs.
- Prepare presentation slides/posters for the project.
- Participate in safety, business compliance, audits, cGMP and all other compliance‑related activities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by manager.
- Minimum educational qualification of a diploma, including but not limited to Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
