Quality Assurance Engineer-3 (Tijuana)

Under general direction, conducts the most technical and complex quality analysis and tests of a quality control program and recommends necessary quality procedure changes.
Records and analyzes customer claims and prepares reports on rejected or defective products.
Assists in the development of new methods and procedures.
Trains junior and inter staff.
Role typically requires more than 5 years of experience.
