- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 4+ years of professional experience.
- Expertise in Windows Server (and components like IIS, AD, WFC, etc.) administration and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in Automation development using Chef and PowerShell for Windows, including testing using ChefSpec, Pester, and InSpec.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform / OpenTofu or similar IaC tools.
- Solid understanding of the AWS cloud platform (Azure/GCP is a plus).
- Proficiency in Git and GitHub Workflows.
- Knowledge of massive-scale public or private cloud operations, automation, orchestration, and monitoring.
- Confidence in the ability to own and deliver projects, features, and issues to resolution.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to think and act globally with a passion for solving problems and a strong automation mindset.
