Quality Assurance Advisor (St. John's)

Cahill is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Advisor to support our Corporate QHSE department and help drive continuous improvement throughout the company. As a member of the Quality team, you will work closely with project teams, operations, other corporate departments, and leadership to help ensure processes remain effective, practical, and aligned with both client and regulatory expectations.

What will you do?

• Maintain, implement, and improve the ISO 9001 certified QMS to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness
• Ensure company processes, procedures, and documentation comply with ISO 9001 requirements and reflect operational realities
• Lead internal audits and support external ISO audits, surveillance audits, regulatory and client audits
• Manage the Quality Incident process in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements
