Quality and Hygiene Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality and Hygiene Manager to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence across our property. This role is responsible for implementing and supervising quality control programs, hygiene procedures, and health & safety protocols in alignment with corporate and local regulations.Main ResponsibilitiesOversee and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards throughout all hotel departments.Develop, implement, and update quality assurance programs and hygiene policies.Conduct regular inspections in rooms, kitchens, restaurants, public areas, and back-of-house operations.Monitor compliance with local health regulations and corporate guidelines.Lead internal audits and coordinate external inspections.Provide training to staff on hygiene practices, food safety, cleaning procedures, and service quality.Analyze quality indicators and prepare reports with corrective and preventive acti...
