Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing the release cycles of assigned databases and data files within the Data Operations Team.
This role serves as the main point of contact for internal and external customers as it relates to customer concerns, data inquires, process improvement and change management.
This is a development position for a future manager role.
Primary Responsibilities
Managing the timing and release of all compiled data in the Data Operations Team.
Serves as a liaison between Data Purchasing, Product Management, Sales, Data Production and Data Delivery team for source issues, product impact, project impact and change management.
Identifies process improvement opportunities and assists with estimation and prioritization
Facilitate the setup and maintenance of new source data receipt and enhancement
