Role
The quality analyst must carry out root cause analysis investigations to follow up on events with customers and those in manufacturing, give continuity to the processes of the quality management system, implement KPIs in the operational process, attend audits of the quality management system and audits carried out by customers, and follow up on non-conformities from previous audits.
