Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly audit and monitor representatives' completed tasks
- Score and provide feedback on the representatives' performance based on established quality assistance criteria; Identify errors, gaps, and improvement areas
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction
