Key Responsibilities

• Carry out diagnostic work and support mechanics as directed by the Foreman.
• Perform fault diagnosis to speed up vehicle servicing.
• Ensure service times meet the manufacturers’ targets.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers, providing clear explanations.
• Maintain vehicle care and safety standards.
• Return serviced vehicles to customers in a clean condition.
• Complete required OEM training (online, classroom, etc.) within set timeframes.
• Handle administrative tasks such as completing service forms and preparing reports.
