About This Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.


On behalf of our client in the telecom industry, we are looking for competent, skilled and experienced Installation Supervisors (20) to work in Uganda.


Job Purpose: Responsible for onboarding, training and performance management of minimum installers. Tracking job ticket status and material inventory for installations, repairs and maintenance.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with dispatch for daily appointments for the installers

  • Coordinate the transportation of material and stage for installers to the customer’s’ premises.

  • Ensure 100% successfully completed job tickets as scheduled by the installers
