Responsibilities
- Review tender contract requirements
- Prepare tender bidding responses and cost spreadsheets and profitability analysis
- Lead and guide the Project QS team on contractual claims to protect commercial interest and ensure healthy cash flow
- Oversee training, development, and performance appraisal for the Contracts team
- Review tender scope of works & bills of quantity
- Tender documentation & submission
- Attend tender site show rounds/site briefings
- Conduct site surveys
- Attend tender interviews/clarifications and conduct tender presentations
- Contract documentation, management & other related matters
- Identify discrepancies, missing information & cost risks in tender documents
- Send tender clarifications
- Send invitation to bid/quote to subcontractors/suppliers
