Our client is seeking an experienced architectural professional to lead statutory submissions, BIM coordination, and technical compliance across projects from design development through to TOP/CSC.

• Manage statutory submissions, authority approvals, and regulatory compliance from concept design to project completion.
• Coordinate architectural drawings, BIM models, and submission documentation in accordance with Singapore regulations, CORENET X, BIM Guide, and SS CP83 requirements.
• Prepare and review submission drawings, floor area calculations, and documentation for authority approvals, including TOP and CSC.
