Guarantee the conformity of a product/service to the requirements specified by our customers, and support on quality on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Ensure preventive quality is well established and inspection standards are defined by being accountable for risk assessment of the sequence of operations and for Quality Standards in Production.
- Develop and manage the inspection plan and define inspection criteria.
- Serve as a focal point for usage of tools such as SPC, Control Plan and PFMEA to ensure conformity of parts and assemblies.
- Provide specific inspection documentation that will be integrated into work orders during work preparation.
- Coach and support Work Preparation on risk analysis.
- Oversee the surveillance of work preparation processes and associated documents.
