Responsibilities

• Implement the HSE plan (personnel, equipment, working conditions).
• Coordinate implementation of HSE-related actions and rules within scope while maintaining the HSE system.
• Ensure steps are taken to reduce work-related accidents and illnesses, in compliance with current regulations.
• Support and coordinate the implementation of the Health and Safety policy in accordance with the regulatory context and guidelines set by the BU, regional and LoB management.
• Alert management and report risks (duty to warn, etc.).
• Identify and analyse the causes of accidents and occupational illnesses and contribute to the definition of action plans.
• Contribute to the development of safety policies, procedures and training modules, and assist in the development and implementation of measures and strategies to prevent occupational risks.
