Key Requirements

• Proven ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile automation frameworks
• Strong grasp of core automation concepts: test listeners, hooks, interceptors, and resilient locator strategies for dynamic UIs
• Practical ability to diagnose and resolve automation challenges including flaky tests, race conditions, synchronization lag, and device state issues
• Full testing lifecycle coverage — functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end — with additional exposure to API and web testing
• Hands-on mobile application testing experience (native and hybrid) across iOS and Android platforms
• Working knowledge of Swift and/or Kotlin — sufficient to read, debug, and contribute to native app code, understand app workflows, and diagnose test failures at the source
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools or GenAI solutions for test generation and automation optimization is a plus
