QC Technicians

Your Calling

. Perform regular quality assessment on all incoming materials from vendors, and outgoing parts for shipping

. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations

. Read mechanical drawings, plans and specifications to understand the requirements of the product

. Measure product dimensions and compare the final product to the specifications

. Visual inspection on finishing goods befor packing

. Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics e.g. number of defective products per day

. Monitor the use of measuring equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained

. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner

. Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control

. Other ad-hoc responsibilities given

Your Success Factors

. Minimum 2 years of experience as a quality inspector
