Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the QC team, including scheduling and daily activities.
- Monitor product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
- Conduct plant inspections, internal audits, pre-operational inspections, and verification checks.
- Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
