About the Role:
We are looking for a hands‑on Quality Control Supervisor to join a busy pharmaceutical production team in Godalming. This is an operational role focused on day‑to‑day activities within the lab, ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage lab rotas to ensure efficient coverage.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with QC standards.
- Maintain and take ownership of lab equipment, ensuring functionality and calibration.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
- Provide oversight of work to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
- Support routine maintenance and troubleshooting within the lab.
