QA/QC Manager – Duties and Responsibilities
Take the necessary measures to maintain the unit in line with the envisaged objectives, strategies, policies/procedures and approved budget, plans and programs.
- Follow the project quality program, test and inspection plans and ensure that the works are carried out according to the contract, specifications, drawings, procedures and standards.
- Lead and mentor QA/QC teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
- At least 12 years of experience in large-scale projects.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- In-depth understanding of QA/QC principles and practices.
