Responsibilities
- Review and communicate and implement the Project Quality Plan on site
- Develop checklists and inspection test plans for site works
- Review work procedures and material technical specifications to ensure their compliance with the contract's quality requirements and the implemented quality system
- Raise Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary and communicate quality noncompliance issues to the Project Manager
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to stop further recurrence
- Ensure all NCRs are adequately monitored and concerns dealt with effectively and in a timely fashion
- Manage the Site QA QC Teams
- Coordinate with material testing laboratory for material testing in accordance to the project requirements
- Participate in regular site meetings with the Client and the Client's Representative
