To implement and monitor QA/QC activities across the NYU Project, ensuring that all services, maintenance works, inspections, and operational deliverables comply with client requirements, contractual obligations, approved quality standards, and company procedures. The role is responsible for conducting quality inspections, identifying non-conformities, supporting corrective actions, maintaining quality records, and driving continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with client requirements, contract scope, company standards, and approved quality plans.
- Ensure all project activities are carried out in line with SOPs, method statements, inspection checklists, and quality requirements.
- Review quality documents, reports, and project records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
