Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations.
- Plan, organize, coordinate and delegate to ensure smooth operation of the department daily.
- Oversee and updates of the Quality Management System and Standard of Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Lead and conduct daily on-site inspections, ensuring compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations and operational procedures across production and retail outlets.
- Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.
- Conduct hygiene training for the production personnel.
- Manage customers' complaints, lead investigations to determine the root cause and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
