QA & Training Lead — Building Systems Data

Robotic Imaging delivers facilities and equipment reporting for a US client base that includes Fortune 500 retailers, using 3D laser scanning, VR, and AI‑driven data extraction. Our Dubai office runs the production and quality backbone behind that work.

We’re hiring a QA & Training Lead to own quality and technical competence across our Data Extraction & Operations (DEO) team of ~50 technicians working across two shifts and two platforms. This is not a queue‑management or delivery role — it is a knowledge, training, and quality role. Your mission is to turn a large production team into building‑systems experts who QA their own and each other’s work, so quality is built into every deliverable rather than caught by a single reviewer at the end.

You’ll work in close daily contact with our US site team, joining calls at the start of the US East Coast business day to align priorities and set the tone for the next production cycle.
