What you will do
- Perform First Off verification and maintain inspection records
- Perform In-process inspection and maintain inspection records
- Collect test samples
- Weigh and record parts weight daily
- Perform product testing as per Test Procedures
- Contain, identify and notify team when non-conforming material is found (Use of NCR & Hold Labels)
- Receive incoming materials (labels & hardware etc.) and maintain records
- Prepare Process Documents and samples required for the next work order
- Maintain label cage inventory file and move items in / out of label cage
- Issue labels/components and update all transactions in QA inventory files
- Receive returns from production and move to storage
- Review and approve scrap from production
- Perform inventory count, as required
- Enter the packaging and colourant transactions into the inventory sheet daily
