Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct Incoming inspection of raw material.
Conduct Final Dimensional and Functional Inspection.
Conduct Cosmetic and Final Inspection based on sampling plan
Verify the inspection method and able to identify the problem related to measurement.
Maintain all measuring equipment and perform internal calibration
Document and report sampling results, testing activities and results.
Maintain accuracy of QC data and records
Dimensional and visual inspection of testing sample for new project, refurbished mold & new mold.
Identifying and resolving workflow issues
Address and discuss inspection issues and proposed solutions with superiors
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
