The ideal candidate will oversee quality and safety of food products at the Central Kitchen, ensuring compliance with standards set by the company and regulatory bodies. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, developing quality policies, and maintaining control procedures. A minimum degree in Food Science & Technology and preferably 5 years of QA experience in the F&B industry are required, along with bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
