Job Purpose
Responsible for all Mechanical Quality inspections carryout the construction activities with approved quality documents and drawings.
Responsible to Preparation of all type WPS PQR and WQT as per organization and Projects requirement. Maintained Welders records and update the all welding work related logs.
Reporting to all site activities on weekly and monthly basis to Lead QA/QC.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement Project Quality Plan requirements and comply with client quality requirements.
- Develop and Implement Inspection and test plan for the project activities
- Preparation of mechanical works related Method Statements and follow up the implementation at site works
- Carryout quality control inspection as per approved ITP with associated check sheets
