Job Purpose
Responsible for all Mechanical Quality inspections carry out the construction activities with approved quality documents and drawings.
Responsible to preparation of all type WPS, PQR and WQT as per organization and project requirements. Maintained welders records and updated all welding work related logs.
Reporting to all site activities on weekly and monthly basis to Lead QA/QC.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement project quality plan requirements and comply with client quality requirements.
- Develop and implement inspection and test plan for the project activities.
- Preparation of mechanical works related method statements and follow up the implementation at site works.
- Carry out quality control inspection as per approved ITP with associated check sheets.
