The QA QC Engineer works closely with project QA QC teams to monitor and evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established quality protocols. By fostering collaboration among teams and promoting a culture of quality, the Lead QA QC Engineer plays a critical role in delivering high-quality marine construction projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
Ensure the effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the project, adhering to company policies and industry standards. Coordinate with the QA/QC team and all quality personnel assigned to the project, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve quality department objectives.
Provide inputs for Monthly Quality Report with key quality management details. Report daily quality issues and progress to the Lead/Sr QA /QC Engineer. Report observations, discrepancies, non-conformances and ensure its closeout.
