Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of QA/QC Civil experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or major Construction projects.
- ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection requirements, and international construction standards.
- Experience with civil works including foundations, concrete structures, underground utilities, roads, buildings, and structural works.
- Familiar with Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Work Inspection Requests (WIR), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
