QA & Process Improvement Leader (Onsite)

Atain is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the Quality Control team, manage continuous improvement initiatives, and conduct quality assurance reviews. The ideal candidate requires 2-3 years of solid experience in a BPO setup, with expertise in analytical reporting and a strong familiarity with the 7 basic QA tools.

The position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, requiring full onsite presence in a shifting schedule. Candidates with lean and ISO lead auditor certifications will have an edge.
