Title: QA Manager / IT Test Manager / IT Test Project Manager
Duration: Contract (1 year + potential to extend)
Location: Toronto, ON (3-4 days in office) – Onsite
Compensation: $75‑$80 per hour
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Develop and execute testing strategies using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Collaborate with Development and other internal teams to troubleshoot issues, identify risks, and ensure defect resolution
- Maintain adherence to defined testing quality standards
- Serve in a hybrid role as both Test Manager and Project Manager
Must-haves / Key skills needed
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in status reporting, meeting facilitation, and PowerPoint presentation creation
- Project management background with experience managing QA projects and coordinating testing activities
