QA Lead

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a QA Lead to join the Cyberpunk 2 project. In this role, you will manage a gameplay QA team within the project, adapting the project QA strategy into clear team plans, priorities and measurable outcomes.

You will be responsible for developing a high-performing QA team, ensuring reliable milestone verification, maintaining visibility on gameplay quality status and risks, and continuously improving QA workflows, tools, reporting, and gameplay testing practices within your area of ownership.

You will collaborate closely with Production, Development, Tech, Shared Development Services, QA Experts, other QA Managers, and cross-functional teams to support gameplay integrity, engine and tools quality, performance, stability, gameplay consistency, and development pipeline reliability.
