Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience in the financial services industry: insurance (mandatory)
- Experience in automation testing
- Test strategy and planning, including recommendation of staffing plans and estimation of costs
- Provide strategic QA guidance and lead testing for transformational initiatives and/or application portfolios
- Remove impediments faced by project team members, utilizing agile methodology tools where applicable (e.g., scrum of scrum, retrospectives, etc.)
- Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team or ZNA retained IT test lead / project managers
- Obtain approval from for all deliverables as per the defined acceptance criteria
- Prepare test summary reports for each software release targeted for production
