We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Lead to drive quality across the entire product lifecycle. This role combines hands‑on testing, team leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure we deliver reliable, scalable, and high‑quality products. You will play a key role in shaping QA processes, improving product quality, and embedding a strong quality‑first mindset across the team.
Quality Assurance
- Lead QA efforts across the product lifecycle: From requirements gathering to post‑release validation, ensure quality is a priority at every stage.
- Manage the QA team: Mentor, guide, and oversee the work of other QA team members. Assign tasks, track progress, and provide feedback.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases: Create detailed test plans covering functional and regression testing. Maintaining test cases for the product test cycle.
