Support the QA department in data-driven process improvements and digital initiatives, working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and PowerApps to monitor QA performance and operational metrics.
- Support the revamp and improvement of internal websites to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Design and build a database system capable of photo-based search for calibration tools.
- Establish linkages between procedures and form numbers to improve traceability and document control.
- Enhance QCPC and SMS systems by improving data collection processes and creating analytics dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement visual management solutions.
