Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Minimum years of working experience as Test Lead. Good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing.
• Seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile etc), metrics, automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards.
• Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives.
• Solid experience in compiling and interpreting reports.
• Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting software applications.
• Must have strong knowledge in HP ALM Quality Centre, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools (Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI or similar tools).
