QA Executive: US Chat Support Quality Lead

ibex. Pakistan is seeking a detail-oriented QA Executive to join our Quality Assurance team for a US-based chat support campaign. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal English, and a solid understanding of customer support quality standards.

You will monitor chats, identify gaps, generate QA reports, and collaborate with operations to drive continuous improvement. Shifts include rotational/night work as needed.
