Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection standards for plastic manufacturing processes.
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze product defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor production quality performance and prepare quality reports for management review.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality management standards.
- Perform audits of manufacturing processes and suppliers to maintain quality requirements.
- Review customer complaints and coordinate investigations to prevent recurrence.
