Write and execute testing plans to assess compliance across several areas:
Accessibility, using functional and automated testing (ability to complete a VPAT template covering the required WCAG guidelines according to Quebec law).
Compliance with client’s institutional standards, project or application-specific standards as needed (ex. Slate application form standards)
Write and execute testing plans to validate UX and UI quality based on assessment of:
Alignment with standard usability heuristics
Alignment with user research artefacts such as jobs to be done or customer journey maps.
Design intent and quality (does the interface look and behave in a way that's cohesive, polished, and consistent with related or adjacent systems and platforms)
Write and execute functional testing plans to ensure projects deliver required business capabilities.
