Role Summary: As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO ****:**** and supporting its future migration to ISO ****:****. This position focuses on quality system management, internal audits, supplier audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also provide coaching and training to teams and collaborate across departments to resolve quality issues.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Quality Management System (ISOQuest, DocuQuest, AuditQuest).
- Plan and execute internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate supplier audits and evaluate performance.
- Lead management reviews and ensure annual procedure updates.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality procedures and processes.
